Marktheidenfeld – The 2025 financial year brought challenges for the Warema Group. Amid ongoing economic volatility, the company achieved turnover of more than EUR 678 million, around the same level as the previous year (EUR 687 million). At the same time, Warema has published its 2025 sustainability report, which underlines the consistent development of its climate strategy and its gradual preparation for mandatory sustainability reporting that is set to come into effect.
In light of the ongoing economic crisis, especially in the construction industry, the WAREMA Group had to record a decline in sales and earnings in the fiscal year 2024, but was still able to successfully hold its ground in a difficult environment. Worldwide, the company achieved a total revenue of around 687 million euros (2023: 753 million euros) with its two divisions Sun & Living Spaces and Plastics & Engineering.
In fiscal year 2023, the WAREMA Group and its two divisions Sun & Living Spaces and Plastics & Engineering recorded a slight increase in annual earnings despite the challenging circumstances. The company saw total global sales of around €753 million (2022: €750 million). Targeted savings and efficiency measures were key factors behind its success in these difficult times.
Despite difficult circumstances, the Warema Group successfully continued the development of its Sun & Living Spaces and Plastics & Engineering divisions in the 2022 financial year. The group generated total turnover of around 750 million euros worldwide, an increase of more than nine percent compared with the previous year. Its workforce grew to approximately 5,300 during this time. Over the past year, the company has focused on driving crucial building projects and on comprehensive measures to secure its future.
