Lublin / Marktheidenfeld, 29 May 2026.
Novaco Invest GmbH, a company of the Warema Group, has signed an agreement to acquire Tarasola, one of Poland’s leading manufacturers of premium pergolas and louvered roof systems. The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authorities.

About Tarasola
Tarasola has been active in the sun and weather protection industry for over 20 years and specializes in high-quality pergolas and louvered roofs. The company, headquartered in Lublin in eastern Poland, has a broad product portfolio and has successfully completed around 15,000 projects to date. In the 2025 financial year, Tarasola generated revenues of approximately EUR 30 million and employs around 200 people. Its core markets include Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom; Tarasola is the market leader in Poland.

About Warema Group
The Warema Group is a leading corporate group specializing in sun shading, living space design, and plastics and engineering solutions. Founded in 1955 by Hans-Wilhelm Renkhoff and still family-run today, the company employs around 5,000 people worldwide. Its portfolio includes brands such as Warema, Caravita, Clip&Shade, and Anwis. As a family-influenced company, it combines innovation, a strong commitment to quality, and close partnership to provide future-oriented products and services for private, commercial, and industrial applications.
Novaco Invest GmbH is the investment holding company of the Warema Group, through which all Group participations outside the core Warema business are held and managed. Novaco’s mandate is to acquire and develop businesses independently — supporting each portfolio company in its own growth path while preserving its operational autonomy, brand identity, and management continuity. With Tarasola, Novaco adds a further independent company to its portfolio, led by its existing management team and developed under its own brand.

Strategic Rationale
With this acquisition, the Warema Group is expanding its brand portfolio in the field of sun and weather protection and strengthening its international presence. Tarasola addresses market segments and price points that complement the existing Warema portfolio, and its established footprint in Poland and other European markets supports the Group’s internationalization strategy.
Tarasola will continue to operate as an independent brand and company within the Group. There are no plans for operational integration or a consolidation of market presences
