Attractive roof systems for patios and gardens create unique, sheltered outdoor spaces. Warema is extending its range of Lamaxa slat roofs to include the slender L50, offering even greater variety for your favourite outdoor spot. The roof system is available with aluminium slats, a fabric or glass roof and meets the highest design standards.

By launching this product, Warema has positioned itself as a full-range provider of roof systems made in Germany. The holistic Lamaxa L50 concept provides various shading options while offering a more affordable variant. It has a striking, slender design with a slim crossbeam and poles. The modern roof system is suitable as a free-standing option, can be connected to a wall or used in series-mounted units and star systems. Warema provides its partners with various training courses to ensure quick and easy installation.

Modular system with three variants
One special feature of the new Lamaxa L50 is the motor, which has been integrated into the pivotable aluminium slats to create a seamless look. Warema also offers the Lamaxa L50 Tex with a fabric roof that employs secudrive® technology and comes in different versions: a fabric roof to provide shade or a water-resistant roof with an integrated water outlet system. Fabric and slats can provide shading in a series-mounted unit consisting of a Lamaxa L50 with slats and an L50 Tex. This solution presents even greater possibilities. The maximum size of the Lamaxa L50 is 6 x 4.5 metres, or 6 x 4 metres for the Lamaxa L50 Tex. The Lamaxa L50 View with a glass roof is slightly tilted between the rafters, giving it a cubic appearance. An additional internal or external Climara conservatory awning can be selected for shading and is also available in a cubic design. The maximum construction limit values of the Lamaxa L50 View are 6 x 4.5 metres for individual units without additional support.

Slats, glass and fabric are not the only choices for your customised roof system. An extensive range of accessories is also available. For example, Warema has developed the GranTex window awning with easyZIP guidance specifically for the Lamaxa L50; this ZIP unit with a width of up to 6 metres offers reliable lateral weather protection and ensures privacy. Only one unit is required for the entire width, blending seamlessly into the roof system. Warema is also introducing a glass sliding system and sliding shutters with wooden or aluminium filling for lateral walls. In addition, surrounding LED lighting and radiant heaters allow the roof system to be used in cooler weather or darkness. As with all Lamaxa products, all functions can be conveniently controlled via tablet or smartphone using WMS WebControl pro.

Lamaxa portfolio expanded
Warema has also added to its classic roof system products, the elegant Lamaxa L60 slat roof with tiltable slats and the L70 with retractable slats. As part of the Lamaxa Free range, they can be installed in existing structures such as concrete rings without the need for poles. The slat roofs can also be installed as series-mounted units and connected via a central pole for an elegant appeal and twice as much shading. With Lamaxa Free units, series-mounted units (Line) and variants with a wall console, electrical distribution is integrated into one of the crossbeams instead of the pole, enabling rain class 2 to be achieved, even for systems exceeding 16 square metres. Furthermore, brush seals in the crossbeams reduce the amount of dirt entering the slat roof.
