Colour, gloss, texture Over 30 years of coating expertise – with new highlights
Highest quality, maximum freedom to choose colours and design surfaces: Warema, the sun shading specialist, harnesses its outstanding coating expertise to add touches of colour with its made-to-measure guide rails and profiles, cover panels, boxes and frames.
External venetian blinds, roller shutters and awnings are just as important in optimising building envelopes and boosting climate resilience as they are in designing facades for modern architecture. Whether their purpose is to add touches of colour or be integrated unobtrusively into the facade, the Warema Colour World helps to find the sun shading that matches perfectly with the look of every design concept. Many attractive powder coatings are available for aluminium components. With more than 30 years of coating expertise, Warema guarantees high-quality, long-lasting surfaces.
Vast colour spectrum facilitates consulting and planning
The broad colour palette offered for high-quality, powder-coated aluminium components provides an excellent basis for consultations and planning. These colours are available for all aluminium components in Warema sun shading products – guide rails/profiles, cover panels, boxes and frames. To ease orientation and return faster results in consulting situations, Warema colours are divided into three categories – Highlight, Variation and Individual:
- All 16 colours in the bestselling Highlight palette exude timeless elegance. Favourites with Warema customers, they stylishly accentuate the high quality and outstanding design of the sun shading products. Four new trend colours have now been added to the selection.
- With 46 colours, the nuanced Variation palette offers a wider range of colours for customers who wish to add subtle nuances to the basic colour selected. This range is now being extended to include new anodised looks.
- The Individual palette offers almost unlimited freedom when choosing colours. With 98 colours in nuanced shades, this palette allows customers to match the colour of Warema aluminium components with all their design ideas.
Warema colours are defined according to RAL hues and the DB colour chart. This allows them to be perfectly matched with facade paints and other elements or refined with iron mica for standardised optical effects. In line with the trend for anodised surfaces, the WAREMA Colour World also offers a selection of light bronze tones through to dark, nuanced golds. Warema can also arrange individual colour matching.
Three categories of gloss level and texture
All colours in the Highlight and Variation categories are available in three different surface qualities as standard at no additional cost to fulfil individual customer wishes. The subtle differences in the texture and gloss level can be seen in both their look and feel. There is an increasing trend for highly weather-resistant surfaces, which give coatings even better UV stability and up to three times more resistance to changes in colour intensity and gloss level.
- Highly weather-resistant matte: The colour of the matte surface retains its intensity and loses none of its depth, even after years of exposure to sun and rain.
- Highly weather-resistant fine texture: The fine-texture surface with subtle optical effects brings life to the colour effect and is particularly impervious to scratches and pollution.
- Satin finish: This easy-care surface creates a lasting, beautiful look with its soft, elegant gloss while also offering ideal light and weather resistance.
